Now Hiring - Membership Counselor in Cherry Hill, NJ

This is an entry level sales position meant to be short term (30-90 days MAX) until you are trained and ready to advance to management. We are looking for people who are want to make a career in the health and fitness industry. You will build relationships, attend marketing events, present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools you need to succeed. This is a full-time position with full medical, dental, and vision benefits. There is a lot of room for advancement and increased earning potential. Management and sales training will be provided for quick advancement. Position typically earns $25k-$35K a year with management positions earning $40k-$80k+

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Phone calls to prospective members
• Giving prospective members tours of the gym
• Generating 10-15 leads a day
• Marketing to local businesses and community

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
